HVAC PROFESSIONAL needed for immediate full-time placement. We offer industry competitive pay and benefits for the very best individuals possessing 5+ years experience in the service, maintenance, and installation of residential and light commercial Air Conditioning and Heating equipment.
Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Efficiently and accurately perform a variety of installations relating to heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in residential homes
- Review paperwork and video feed of the job site before starting a job
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Secure payment for installation
- Training and developing Install Assistants
- Uphold, support, and engage in our purpose and core values
- HVAC installation experience
- NATE Certification is highly desired
- Type II EPA Card
- High school diploma/GED/HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school is highly desired
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Well groomed, neat appearance
- Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Be able to lift up to 80 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
- Ability to work independently in a team environment is required
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday
- Ability to work outdoors
